Kundalini Yoga has helped me to manage my Crohn's disease

I wholehartedly recomend these Kundalini Yoga classes. I am a long term sufferer of Crohn's disease. It is an extremely debilatating condition which has no known cause or no known cure.I have exhaused all conventional medicine. I have tried numerous allopathic treatments also to no avail. Since I started attending these Kundalini Yoga classes it has helped me to relax and control stress. That itself has kept me in remission from my condition for the longest period I can remember. If you suffer from any illness or simply are very stressed or just need an outlet to relax and improve your wellbeing, then these classes are invaluable for everyone. Kundalini yoga brought balance to my life

Kundalini yoga captured me. I've always wanted to practice yoga but had no idea about it and with so many different kinds of yogas I've heard about I didn't know which one was the one for me. At some point in my life I was told by my counselor that a lot of what was going on in my life was beacuse I didn't have a balance between body, mind and soul. So Kundalini come to my life in that search. Practicing the kriyas and chanting the mantras had help me a lot to get more balance in life and find peace within me. Angela is a fantastic and inspiring teacher, full of fun and positive energy. Her love for yoga is infectious. I didn't think I was a 'yoga person' until I found this class, there's something special about it.
